Rizaldy Ferrer

PSYCHOLOGIST, LIC. NO. PSY23657

“The glass of water is not half-full or half-empty; instead, it is both. Likewise, our human experiences consist of joys and triumphs, as well as pains and sorrows. But, the pains that we live through are those that allow us to grow. To live life to the fullest, we strive to accept what exist in the now. As we achieve acceptance, we then begin to soar.”

Dr. Ferrer explores not only how difficulties arise, but also the resilience that people have in going through challenging times. Dr. Ferrer’s approach is evidence-informed. Treatment is based on research that demonstrate effectiveness. However, he views wellbeing as psychological, physical and spiritual journey.

Dr. Ferrer has studied psychology since he started college at the age of 15. He has engaged in research and published in scientific journals. He has mentored postdoctoral fellows, clinical interns, and has been an adjunct professor in research courses.

Dr. Ferrer is the president and co-founder of Parakletos.
