Thandiwe is a native of Chicago, IL.  She received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California.  She has provided school-based therapy and family therapy in the home setting.  She has experience treating behavioral disorders, depression, bipolar and psychotic spectrum disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and dual diagnosis in children, adolescents and adults.

Thandiwe specializes in individual and group psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.  She currently provides psychotherapy and group psychotherapy and crisis intervention at an outpatient clinic for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health.  She appropriately utilizes spirituality and creative expression in treatment.
