We all experience various life stressors, traumas, and challenges. Feelings of anger, sadness, confusion, and anxiousness are common and normal, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Alina believes in taking a strengths-based approach to developing a personalized treatment plan with her clients. She provides a safe space for her clients to explore and express themselves freely, without judgment. She also provides clients a safe space to explore and understand where those emotions might be coming from and learn new skills to improve overall quality of life.

As a mental health provider for over a decade, she has had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. She served as a mental health therapist and school social worker, supporting the overall well-being of the individuals and families she had the opportunity to work with.
