Psychologist, Lic. No. PSY23455
Patsy's therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone is on a journey. Her role as a therapist is that once a week, she will be alongside clients on their journey—helping them explore, question, and learn more about the path they wish to take.
Patsy believes that mental health clinicians help people gain more clarity and understanding of their decisions as well as practice coping skills. Therapy is a space and time for people to heal, grow, strengthen, and learn. In doing so, a person can draw from this awareness and make more conscious choices in moving forward. By gaining awareness and practicing mindful choices, people can move towards a life that is resilient and fulfilled.
Patsy received her BA from UCLA in 2002 and her Master's and Doctorate from CSPP in 2007. She has worked at community-based mental health clinics, community crisis evaluations, school settings, and in training doctoral students.
